Appointments

When booking an appointment, a credit card is required to hold an appointment.

Cancellations

Unexpected things do happen, and sometiems it's impossible to keep an appointment. If you must cancel, give us as much advance notice as possible. Cancellations without 24 hour notice are subject to cancellation charge of 50 % of the cost of treatment.

Therapists

If you prefer either a male or female therapist, don't hesitate to let your choice be known. Also, if you have enjoyed the services of a particular therapist on a prior visit, feel free to request that person.

Amenities

Loungewear and slippers are provided during your visit.

When to arrive

Ideally arrive 15-30 minutes early so you can enjoy an unhurried transition into the massage. If you are late, your treatment time will be shortened. After a treatment, it's customary to vocate the room within five or ten minutes, though you are welcome to spend additional time unwinding in the spa lounge with our special hot tea and snack.

Personal Properties

In order to avoid all worries and stress, don't bring valuable items with you to the spa. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen articles.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in the cost of treatment. About 15-20 percent is customary, but you may of course leave more or less, depending on the quality of the service. Leave the tip at the reception desk when you pay your bill rather then giving it directly to the therapist.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, in-state checks, cash, prepaid gift certificates.

Parking

Parking is available at the parking lot without charge.

Cell Phones

Turn phones and pagers off before entering the massage room.

Conversation

In the relaxation room and massage room, keep conversations at a low volume.

Wedding, birthday parties and fundraisers are welcomed. Please call us for arrangements.
